Checklist for Apartment Renovations

As an architect I study the process of remodeling, but these are complicated and quite involved issues. In this article we reviewed some of the basic items you would include on an Apartment Renovation Checklist. This post does not assume to cover every possible issue or condition, but provide a general overview of the topic.

Although we typically do apartment renovation in New York City we think this checklist should be helpful for anyone. Comment below if you think we left something out.
