NYC Special Zoning Districts

New York City is broken into many different zoning districts. In certain areas there are Special Purpose Districts that have additional regulations beyond the basic underlying district. Unless otherwise indicated in the code for the Special Zoning District, the requirements for the underlying zoning district apply as well as the special district’s rules.

  • CR-1 Zoning – Broad Channel, Queens
