Ferris wheels, roller coasters, whips, parachute jumps, merry-go-rounds etc… - Freak shows, wax museums, dodgem scooters
- Open booths with games of skill or chance
Where Can You Build Use Group 15 in NYC?
Commercial Zoning Districts
You can only develop Use Group 15 in one commercial district C7 in NYC. It will not be possible to do in any other areas. This use group will be very limited as to where you could develop.
