6 Manhattan Apartment Renovations

Tribeca Loft Renovation

This first apartment is a Tribeca Loft that is currently for sale at 7.65 million. This loft is all white and very minimalist. Located in Tribeca, it is a great example of a New York City loft in a former manufacturing building. It has spectacular high ceilings in the living room and a mezzanine level.

This loft is roughly 4,000 square feet and has a large white kitchen.

Financial District Concrete Apartment

This next apartment was originally all white, but an all white apartment is not for everyone. The owner wanted to add texture and mood to the space. The apartment was completely transformed into a concrete industrial and textural home.

This is a white-on-white kitchen with gold faucet. A lot of people like white kitchens, but you can bring a little extra vibrancy into it with some kind of accent.

Manhattan Apartment Renovations

As an architect, I study design and construction, but these are complicated and quite involved issues. Every project is different and must be assessed on its own unique characteristics. This post does not assume to cover every possible issue or condition, but provide a general overview of the topic.
