UES Modern Kitchen Renovation
In this first project we combined two apartments into one and fully renovated the interiors including the kitchen. When I first saw this apartment I told the owner we should make the kitchen as open as possible and knock down it’s perimeter walls. He liked the idea and we proceeded. The result was a huge improvement. The kitchen is now open on two sides facing the living room one one and the family room on the other.

The client was looking for a simple and modern design. We went with dark gray and white as the color theme. The countertops in white with gray veining compliment the kitchen cabinets in graphite gray. The floors are wide plank white oak which is a great option for flooring.

Transitional Kitchen on the UES
This next project is also on the Upper East Side but has a much more transitional feel. What really makes this kitchen special is that it has lots of little custom details. Custom kitchens are always the best quality but they also allow you to do whatever you want with the design.

In the photo below you can see the custom made cabinets with beveled drawer fronts. The cabinets have brass finger pulls that bring a more classic look to this this kitchen. This is a truly custom kitchen made with high quality craftsmanship.

We used a step detail in the countertop to elevate the waterfall design. When it comes to kitchens details are everything. The key is that all the details work together.
