UES Apartment Gut Renovation

This project is a 2,500-square-foot apartment gut renovation in Yorkville on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NYC. The apartment was originally two smaller apartments combined into one.

The original apartments had small rooms that did not work for our clients. When they hired us, we removed walls and opened up the space, creating a large living space and bigger rooms and converting two small bathrooms into one master bath.
We designed this apartment to be a luxury custom home for our clients. The kitchen, entertainment center, and vanities are all custom-made. The primary bathroom has large, full-height marble slabs.

This apartment has many small custom details that separate it from other renovations. This apartment is specially made for this family with details such as curved beveled kitchen cabinet doors with brass trims, seamless marble niches in the bathrooms, millwork reveals, and high-quality materials.

One of the most important things I can say about luxury homes is that it all comes down to quality. High-quality materials, craftsmanship, design, and details make a home luxurious. Everything must come together to build a high-quality custom home.
