Fontan Architecture is an architecture firm in New York City. We work in all boroughs, but this post specifically shows some of our projects as Brooklyn Residential Architects providing full architectural services.
Brooklyn Heights Apartment Renovation
We completed an apartment combination and renovation in Brooklyn Heights shown below. The project involved an extensive renovation of the two apartments. We removed one kitchen, completely renovated the remaining kitchen. All the bathrooms were remodeled and the partition walls were reconfigured, changing the layout of the apartment. We removed the partition wall between the two apartments to create an open plan living dining area.
Brooklyn Townhouse Renovation
We renovated an existing Brooklyn Townhouse including adding a steel deck to the parlor floor, and opening through the masonry wall to have a door to the deck. The interiors had a major renovation with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new HVAC systems, and reconfiguring the rooms knocking down and building new walls. Additionally, there was some structural repair work done on the Townhouse.
New Brooklyn Townhouse
Our client demolished a small wood frame house in order to build a new 4 story 2 family townhouse in Brooklyn. We are currently working on this project. Below is a rendering of the design.
